Spain Park High School issues over the past week

Over the weekend this incident happened:

Basically, students said some racist stuff but it's at a private residence so that's not a huge issue. The father of one of the students issued an apology because he owns a car dealership and most likely did not want to lose business. Again what his daughter said in privtae should have nothing to do with his business.

The school held an assembly to discuss the video:

From what I could tell everything was all and well. The mayor even condemned the students actions:

Well, today a teacher allegedyly was sent home for using the N word because others can say it so she could too:

Hoover school Superintendent Kathy Murphy confirmed on Wednesday that school officials are investigating an alleged incident of a white teacher using the n-word on Tuesday when talking with African American students at Spain Park High School.

The teacher was allegedly sent home for the day by administrators. Students confirmed she is not in class today.

"This alleged matter is being investigated," Murphy said in a brief statement to AL.com. Students told AL.com they were stunned to learn of the alleged incident.
This is the media blowing a simple incident out of proportion. I am extremely skeptical about the teacher saying the N word. With the rash of fake hate crimes I need to see further evidence before jumping on the fire the tacher band wagon. Also the students shoudln't face any consequnces from the school. The video was taken off school grounds. Word around the street is on of the students already lost her scholorship.

What do yall think about all this?

Multiple angles indicates there's a lower probability of it being fake (along with the prior knowledge that most hate crimes are not fake). I think you're overadjusting your priors due to recent sensationalized events.
