Sometimes I wish that they would take punting out of the game and make you have to go for it on 4th down. Or you get a certain number of punts per game. Take out the kickers all together too. No more hey we almost made it!!! Let's get the "everyone gets a trophy" 3 points.

The game is called football because the players run around on their feet not the back of a horse! It has nothing to do with how you move the ball on the field.

I agree with this, I don't find kicking all that interesting to be honest.

Punting and kicking is the only time the foot makes contact with the ball though, also there's an art to both that has its own enthusiasts and fanbases.

Their stance is it was a pre-existing condition that he could have played through. Pre-existing? He signed the contract in 2016, they traded for him. Then there's the optics of how this must look to the rest of the league. There's also the obvious problem of "we think you can play through pain" which you just can't say publicly. Finally, they are 1-5 this year. Who gives a rat's ass if he's out?

They're still making a shit ton of money off them, and this year they got to use the shiny new WHL stadium that wasn't ready last season. Expect the Wembley games to phase out in favour of 3-4 exclusively in Tottenham as they continue to evaluate the strength of a franchise here.
