Chiefs Tyreek Hill reportedly under investigation in child battery case. I wonder if the Chiefs will let him go like they did Hunt. Not long ago there were reports that the Chiefs were going to make Hill the top paid WR.

Burfict is out.
Watch the Browns, Steelers, or pats sign him. Hypocritical asses
It would be absurd if he went with the steelers... but then again James Harrison did them dirty like that before.

No way the Patriots sign him. Doesn;t fit their profile at Linebacker. Patriots linebackers are typically tweeners between Linebackers and Defensive Ends, hence why speed to the perimeter was and is such a problem for our LB's.
In other news, I'm starting to wonder about our Kicker and Punter. I would have expected some kind of news about them by now, even if it was that they would be re-signing with the Patriots, but so far not a peep.
Same audience, and the AAF is being promoted as a league to help guys get the attention they need to make it back into the NFL and it has all kinda of NFL people involved, from the owners to the people running it, to the coaching staffs. It just makes sense to have all professional football chat in 1 thread. We will almost certainly add the new XFL to it as well when that starts next year.
Eh, it's not been bad. Much depends on if Josh Rosen gets moved or not and if that turns into a long public affair about who is going to land him. That would really make this an off season to remember.
Good news for Dallas. Signed Randall Cobb to a one-year deal https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/sta...22596774567936
Also re-signed our legendary long snapper https://twitter.com/DavidMooreDMN/st...74467543134208

Couple other names, Clay Matthews signing two-years for the Rams. Burfict is indeed signing with Oakland https://twitter.com/TomPelissero/sta...61772584878080
Burfict signed with Oakland...
Makes sense cause Big Fat Pauly is DC there, but this has gottta be awkward for Antonio Brown.
I liked the Clay Matthews fit since it was a rumor, one more chance to play in the Coliseum before the new stadium opens next year. I only see what the max value is, no clue what it looks like before incentives.

How the hell Rams can sign all those past pro bowlers ???
Donald, Suh, Fowler, Clay.
This D Line is so stacked...
And then you have Weddle, Talib, Peters.
I still think they need to improve their offense tho, last year at SB was just embarrassing. (Well both Gurley/Copp was injuried but still)

Found this article talking about NFL contracts, how long they last and how much money people actually get paid, I recommend all you guys to read it. https://www.theringer.com/nfl/2019/3...-do-deals-last

Looks like the Colts got Justin Houston https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/sta...18862684991490
Suh has the same problem that loads of veterans have: Compensatory picks. If they get signed right now, they enter the formula and teams will miss out on coveted draft picks, especially for a guy like Suh who will likely demand a fairly big contract. So teams have to not only weigh adding Suh, but adding Suh at the cost of a draftpick.
Many teams will from here till about 2 weeks after the draft only add cheap, vet minimum guys, and guys that got cut. 2 weeks after the draft players stop being part of the compensatory pick formula and then everyone is fair game again. It would not surprise me to see Suh still on the market till then. (although it obviously only takes 1 team without compensatory picks to not give a shit and sign him anyway)
