@Perudo If the feral attacks scale with the base DMG of the weapon that is superior to 25 agility. It's still uncertain if it does though. The second best enchant would be 25 agility though.

You are the moron deluded into thinking most classes wont be using tier sets before tier 3 based on some bis list that was posted here.
We could argue that wasnt the case in classic since the game wasnt full of tryhard douchenozzles back then.
I doubt that tier sets arent popular before t3 in the most popular vanilla private servers either, and I do think classic retail will mirror that playerbase to some extent.

It's not about being tryhard, it's the fact some Tier piece are worst then some crafted or dungeon piece, and the only reason to use them is either you are lazy ass who only want to be geared via raid, or you don't know your class and the value of you stats. If you don't care about dragging your raid down, good for you, there is even other MMO that don't allow the use of damage meter so slug can be slug without anyway to call them out.
The number of caster tier set without any spell damage is stupid, and if they do buff the loot in phase 5, some are those pieces will be at the bottom of the barrel of what gear you want. If they start as they were in 1.12, then maybe they will be good alternatif.

didnt they say exactly that? https://www.polygon.com/2018/6/15/17...2-drums-of-war
In Phase 5, they are doing loot reconfiguration, like 1.10 did. They said dungeon, but they are also adding Titanic Leggings that was a world drop pattern. Here T1 mage before and after 1.10.

If Phase 1 MC drop 1.12 item, the player power level will be much higher then what we had when clearing retail MC. Same for BWL

I can't remember the last time i signed into this site, i had to reset my password and everything. All so i could say thank you!
Broot - Subject to Change - http://s2c.enjin.com
Added shortcuts to each phase to the left in the "BiS" sub-sheet.
Corrected the rogue p6 dagger list. Added Scroll of Protection IV for tanks.
Thanks for this great piece of work, this must have taken a lot of time to build.
Maybe you want to add the Manual Crowd Pummler to the feral cat list. Its the BiS-Weapon (with on-use active) for all of vanilla. Ferals will want to use it on every boss fight.
No worries, my pleasure!
That mace is OP, but one catch: three charges. You'd have to stack up plenty to pass through a raid! =P
Appearently there are some who does it. In that case it is definetly BiS. Should be added to consumable sub-sheet! Hmm...

Added the mace as an offensive consumable for ferals.
Thanks for the hint! <3

Amazing list, thanks for putting this together! Saving this for launch!
has i already said to you, amazing stuff here, thanks again
One more suggestion for fury pre-bis, Battlechaser's Greaves are a great option to pick up while leveling & they're BoE from the AH however at level cap it looks like Bloodmail Boots edge them trading 5 str & 4 agi for 1% hit.
Ye, that's correct. However, you gave me an idea on how to boost non-humans/orcs a bit closer to 9% hit with those boots!
It doesn't, that's a private server bug. And +25 agi is still better for the 1.25% dodge and 50 armor you get for a bear.

Here are some modification for bear :
https://classicdb.ch/?item=11669 is a better ring (and easier to get) than the archaedic stone. Horde can also get this : https://classicdb.ch/?item=12544
https://classicdb.ch/?item=18716 are the best boot pre bwl
https://classicdb.ch/?item=12757 is the best chest pre bwl (if you can afford it)
https://classicdb.ch/?item=19386 and https://classicdb.ch/?item=19405 you forgot this from the bwl stage (you put them in AQ)
Some cat gear are also somewhat wrong.
I also disagree with hive tunneller's boots being better than boots of the shadow flame.
Looks like a fair set of changes you have there. I'll look into it in the coming days. Thanks!

Updated mages p4, warriors (non orc/humans) pp1-p2, hunters pp1-p2.

@collax
Alright. Had a look at it and I agree to most you are pointing out and corrected it accordingly:
* Naglering ring is indeed better.
* Ash Covered Boots were not in the game until 1.4 (phase 3ish).
* Bloodthirst chest is on the sheet as an "absolute" BiS in the pre-BWL stages.
* Updated the obvious mistake regarding Malf and Elementium BWL pieces.
* Also agree with you on the shadow flame boots being better than Hive Tuneller's.
About the enchant. I'm not entirely sure and I will keep it like this until proven wrong.
What about the cat gear do you find off?
Hey, thanks for adding the manual crowd pummler.
I think naglering is one of the BRD items that got updated with the item update in late classic.
I think it wont have these great values in the early phases. And in later phases there will be better options.
Great work, this!
I see that the holy priest bis list is all aimed at spirit. In those days I was late to the game, and I was barely aware to raiding; I only raided some in ZG and MC, and I never found out that downgrading heals was so good (so I missed out on some significant gear and spellusage). At some point I created a full mp5 gearset, which seemed to me better in mana recovery than spirit gear. Is there any data on that?
Also, possibly I am behind in how google docs work - but the file was not exportable for me, I was not logged in on Google. Is that an avoidable feature? I managed to get around it, but that was a bit tedious.
