New monitor help!

Im going to be buying a second monitor. My current 25 inch 1440p one is going to be used mainly for media and chrome pages etc, while the new monitor will be primarily for gaming.

I want 1440p
144hz
1-4ms
HDR would be nice, but I'm doubting I can get that on my budget.
I would strongly prefer Gsync or Freesync. I have a gtx 1070, so if free sync preferably one that has been reviewed to work well with the new update.
25-30 inches. Guessing 27 is most common.

Budget of no more than 450 USD.

Imho the AOC AGON AG271QX is good monitor, and has all the specs you require. It's Freesync so it's "compatible" = since it's not listed in the official 12 monitor list, you can try it and see how it goes; from what i've heard around most people have no issues with some little ghosting in the worst cases. Though some monitor have image flickering hence not compatible at all.

There's a GSync version too, but you're gonna pay the premium.

I have this one: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cYv...tor-z4d33aaaba and it's fine. No complaints, aside from a dead sub-pixel on it (green colour doesn't work on a single pixel in the middle-ish), but the colours aren't fantastic, so yeah.
