Spell Changes

Item Effects

• Drowning Tide While above 75% 90% health, your attacks have a high chance to send a wave crashing down on your target dealing 236 Frost damage. While below 75% 90% health, your attacks have a high chance to restore 355 health. Approximately 3 procs per minute.
• Ephemeral Vigor Your abilities have a low chance to grant you a shield absorbing 7,757 damage for 1.5 min 4,789 damage for 60 sec. While this shield persists, gain 195 Haste. Approximately 1 proc per minute. 2 procs per minute.
• Insidious Gift Embrace N'Zoth's gift, increasing your Mastery by 832 for 30 sec. Every 1 sec gain Suffering, inflicting 52 Shadow damage per application. Reactivate to relinquish N'Zoth's gift, removing both effects. (2 Min Cooldown) Instant.1.5 sec cooldown.
• Phantom Pain Falling below 25% health instantly restores 3,455 health. You then take 3,455 Shadow damage over 10 sec. This effect can only occur once every three minutes. 3 min cooldown. 3 min.
• Spiteful Binding While above 90% health, your attacks have a very high chance to deal an additional 143 Shadow damage to you and your target. Approximately 6 procs per minute.
• Umbral Shell Enshroud a friendly target in darkness for 12 sec, absorbing the next 5,578 6,097 damage or healing taken. 40 yd range. Instant. 2 min cooldown.
• Unbound Anguish If your target has a lower health percentage than you, your damaging abilities have a high chance to sacrifice 103 of your health to deal an additional 206 Shadow damage. Approximately 4 procs per minute.
• Undying Pact Tether yourself to up to 5 allies within 20 yards. After 5.9 6 sec, you are healed for 20% 25% of the health restored to tethered allies, up to 3,455 total healing. 50 yd range. Instant. 1.5 min cooldown.

Of course not.

Although, it does mean, if you ask, you have to sit through all the remaining CMs posting as many cringey emotes as possible now. Or is it just me that has noticed that trend?

While I don't want to get too much into the today's CM and forum stuff... I really hate the new forum layout. It's the same thing you see on a couple of other websites (Kingdom Come: Deliverance for example). Generic and boring. I really would prefer it if they just made a modern version of their original WoW forums: Those things really felt like they belonged in the world of Warcraft.
