About sword enchants-Fury

How do you know which enchat use on your two hander?

I am fury with that trait cold blood...and I read somewhere when you have that trait you use Quick Navigation on main hand and Deadly on offhand.

But, on some people I see that they use sometimes Masterful on offhand or even on main hand even with this trait.
