It can be interrupted very, very easily. It's almost a achievement to use it fully in a PvP combat setting. MAYBE if you Divine Shield before, but even that can be fixed by a Mass Dispell, and may not be more usefull than simply using the Paladin's own heals (like they use to do).

Not too bad that bubble-regen can only be countered by one class. Other abuse cases that came to mind was poly-regen, cyclone-regen, sap-regen, blind-regen, hoj-regen, stealth-LoS-regen, scream-regen, deterrence-regen, intimidating shout-regen, hex-regen, freezing trap-regen.

Would have to cleanse every single dot before that, manage to cc you and/or your allies, avoid getting any surprise damage from AoEs going on and pets, and THEN Regenerate.

Sorry, but this only looks overpowered in 1v1 situations, and those aren't taken seriously.

With Paladin Bubble it's essentially Lay on Hands inside Bubble. I kind of expect it to be made so you can't use it whilst inside Bubble, because you can't even use LoH in Arena.
