Anyone tested enchanting tools of the trade on PTR?

Curious if anyone has tested Iwen's Enchanting Rod on the PTR to see what the extra materials look like? My enchanter isn't max level or enchanting so can't test myself. Curious if it's going to be really minor materials or something like double the bonus proc chance.

I got it last night on live and the first epic I DE'd I got 2 Veiled Crystals

I've been getting ~12 dust from greens, 2 shards from blues and 2 crystals from epics on average.
