hello all, I'm coming back to the game after an absence. I just happened to get 3 azerite pieces lately that all have dawning sun on them, so I was hoping to get some tips on how to maximize usage of this trait. Any help would be appreciated!

On the list you linked, there are no other better options on the ring with dawning sun
Using High altitude turban for head, Gravethorn shoulderpads, and Gronpelt vest. These are my highest item level pieces

Even with 3 Dawning Sun traits there's no need to change up your rotation.

About the only time it should make any noticeable difference is after your first SS. Over a full fight it's pretty irrelevant, it'll be up most of the time by default.
