Wooh, this is a change I like.

This feels like it should have been an option from day one of transmog options. Some probably would argue its silly because those without armor would get injured more, well let me direct you to such lore rich characters as such.









Fact of the matter is theres been characters in warcraft who have in their badass way looked the part without wearing chest armor, and I think the only reason a lot of people have thought it shouldn't have been an option is just because it wasn't an option.

I intend to make my orc warrior, lightforged draenei paladin, and most of my shamans this way

I know, that be cool too. still just have to use the smallest options.

When they started to introduce allied races with things like tattoos like LF draenei, void elves, nightbourne, highmountain and mag'har, it seemed weird to have that kind of detail and having it hidden. They let demon hunters have a transmog set that let them show off their tattoos, so they had the right idea back then.

This is a blessing for Demon hunters. Many of the exposed have parts that show on the arms or waist that have colors you don't want in your mog.

Also every race with tattoos rejoices.

IIRC, it is obtainable solely by a Horde character, but once obtained either faction can mog it.

Cool for people who like such things. Personally I think a fully armored look is far more badass than being shirtless, apart from DHs who get to show off their cool tattoos. But there's no reason for xmog to have too many restrictions in the first place. The realism argument clearly doesn't matter in the slightest both lore and gameplay wise.
