Regarding world PvP

Do you think it should be impossible for people to zone over to or away from a shard/realm they've been put on when they went out in the world?

I just had a relatively long fight with a tank monk on my rogue, he was about to die and like 5 horde zones in on top of us and kills me. WTF is that shit? Why is this even possible?

I also have people disappearing in front of me in World PvP. I don't know what it is they do, maybe a BG or skirmish queue they accept and they are gone... ?

Saw this happen yesterday. Was attacking this monk who had bounty, he was taking heavy damage and then just disappeared. I figured he must've taken an arena queue? Then he re-appeared like 20 seconds later and still had bounty on him. If not arena, maybe he realm hopped?
