Easy [Tour of Duty] Achievements

I just queued for Wintergrasp, accepted and completed the weekly [Victory in Wintergrasp] (1500 Honour) quest. When I left the BG and teleported back to Vol'dun I turned in the completed quest and promptly got the [Tour of Duty: Vol'dun] achievement.

Except this quest is not weekly, you can only do it once per character. I did this during brawl week and can't accept it anymore this week.
