[Balance] Simple question about Starfall

Feel like an idiot for asking but since this is a Druid forum, I figured where else would I ask it?

Does Starfall stack?

When for some odd reason I have 100 AP, can I stack 2 instances of Starfall, or do I wait until one of them runs out before recasting?

Yes you can

Multiple casts will be resolved seperately. It's not a debuff on the target, but a repeating damage pulse in the selected area.

So just cast them when you need them. No point in having one sitting around if you don't have another reason to hold it back.
