...what do you think, will we ever be able in near future to transmog artifact weapons skins, we earned in Legion mage tower, which will not depend on current spec we are. For example, will I be able to use sub daggers skin on assassination spec?

Nope. Weapon skins are spec locked.

We can't even mog Daggers to anything but Daggers. We clearly don't have the technology.

I want to use the Kingslayers for other specs sooo bad. The challenge mode skin for them is so sexy.
