WoW (not quite March) Madness 2019 - Best Raid of All Time!

Good afternoon everybody and welcome to WoW Madness for 2019! This year we'll be doing all of the raids within World of Warcraft in a Single Elimination Tournament. List of raids was typed out and the seeding was randomly generated so there is no bias as to which raids are on what half of the bracket. Voting is open on round one right now! Just head to the link below, make a quick account, and then select your favorites. Voting on round 1 will close tomorrow, and I will update the post for when Round 2 begins. Each day is the next round until we get to the finals. Feel free to chat about any of the matches in this thread and lets have some fun!

Round 2 is up folks! Some of the matches when I went to do the update still said 50/50 so I didn't report scores yet. Have at it! Things are starting to get interesting!

This is a really fun idea, but at the same time, some kind of seeding should be required. But I gotta say, I don't fully get this. I see Naxx vanilla vs Gruuls lair and somehow SSC won that fight?

The way it worked out, there was such a high number of entrants that some got a bye for the first round. SSC was one of the ones that got one. So when I get a report of which one wins between Naxx and Gruul's (which will be when I check later this afternoon, the winner of that one will go up against SSC.) After round one was over, round 2 wouldve been "normal", but matches like that one were stuck at 50% needing more votes.

With the way I did it this time, unfortunately no. When I've done something like this in the past, I made the brackets and then made a strawpoll for every match and it made it super clunky. At the time, challonge didnt have a voting system like this. I can make another using, say, every dungeon after this one is finished and use strawpoll.

Rounds have been updated! I wont move past round 3 into round 4 until all of those matches are set so it stays clean moving forward.

I'll be a little sad if Nighthold doesn't beat Ulduar but I know that Ulduar is for some reason a popular raid.

Ulduar has this odd nostalgia about it just like Kara does.

Also everybody, BRF and Firelands needs some love before I'll advance the round.

I figured I'd give it a few days and we still do not have a winner. Its only one vote to one vote, making it 50/50 Throne of Thunder vs ICC. Cmon!
