the problem with velf is that you'd have constant voices in your head.

i'm already unstable enough and my own voice is constantly in my head. i don't need someone else making it worse.

draenei are not immortal, the almost 100 % genocide on Draenor by orcs is a testament to that. but unless a war or full fledged pestilence happen, nothing is really fatal to them.
same with NE now, if Knaak is still canon (teldrassil was blessed by 2 dragons again)

Night elves, high elves and void elves are the eleven races I'd be fine with being.
