All countries in WWII had. In the '30s they where never as big in my country as the current fascist party is though.

Czech Republic had Emanuel Moravec,nicknamed Czech Quisling.

He was a world war 1 hero who fought in Czechoslovak Legions and helped us gain independence from Austria.

After the war he was promoted to colonel and was also writing articles about growing threat from nazi Germany. When Germany threated to attack Czechoslovakia he was one of the most vocal people who wanted to defend Czechoslovakia against Germany. After Western Betrayal by France and Britain and Czechoslovakia signing Munich Agreement (our surrender) he became hostile towards our leaders for not defending our country and for his anti German teachings he was forced to quit teaching at Military Academy and retired from army.

When Germany occupied us he thought he was going to be executed for his anti nazi articles but nazis instead offered to take him on tour in Germany to show him what national socialism did for German people. After returning to Czechoslovakia (now Protectorate of Bohmen und Mahren) he became enthusiastic for national socialism and was allowed to write pro nazi articles where he praised Europe united under Germany and was condeming Western traitors.

Few years later he founded Board of Trustees for the Education of Youth (fascist youth group) and served as its chairman. Later he became Minister of Education in the Protectorate. He even wanted to form Army of the Protectorate and sent it to Eastern Front but Germans did not allow it.

During Prague Uprising in May 1945 he killed himself when he thought that he is about to be captured by rebels.

Thats how one of our great heroes who fought for our independence and democracy turned into traitor and nazi sympathizer. If he died before year 1939 he would be hailed as one of our national heroes. Instead he became one of our worst traitors.

Hitler took inspiration from Ford's assembly line technique when dealing with exterminating Jews.

Also IBM in the 30's supplied the technology to the Nazi's that helped them facilitate the holocaust.

In Norway, we had Vidkun Quisling. Quite famous in other countries aswell (just from Cizr's post above)

He was the founder and leader of fascist party "Nasjonal Samling" but his party never won any seats in our parliament before 1940.
Before this, he was a member of "Bondepartiet" (Farmer's Party, today known as "Senterpartiet" or the Centre Party) but left them due to his increasing anti-socialism view.
Over the years until 1940, he heavily idolized Hitler and when signs of war was coming he quickly stated that Norway should support Germany. He even had meetings with the german leader a few months prior to the german invasion of Norway in April, 1940.

When the nazis invaded Norway in 1940 he tried to seize power with a radio-broadcast coup d'etat. First of it's kind. Germans refused to support his government and assigned nazi military leader Josef Terboven as the general-governal (or "Reichskommissar") of Norway.
The sitting government along with King Haakon VII fled the country and narrowly escaped custody.

Over time after some more failed attempts, Quisling as his Nasjonal Samling was allowed to lead the new german-supported puppet government from 1942 until the german surrender in 1945. Terboven took his own life on May 8th 1945, the day Norway was officially freed from the German occupation.
Quisling received a trial, found guilty of treason, sentenced to death and was executed in October 1945 by a firing squad.
More members of Nasjonal Samling was executed for the next 3 years. After Ragnar Schanke (Minister for Church and Educational Affairs under Quisling's cabinet) was executed by firing squad in August 1948, Norway officially abolished death penalty.

Today, there is a neo-nazi movement calling themselves "Den Nordiske Motstandsbevegelsen" (The Nordic Resistance Movement, also going under the shortened name "NMR") that idolizes both Quisling and Hitler. The group also exist in Sweden and Finland. They had a group in Denmark, but was disbanded. They are larger in Sweden but also had a decent size in Finland. The Finnish government recently banned the group, but due to an appeal the ban is sadly not legit yet. In Sweden they even became a political party but only received 0.03% of votes in 2018.
