I really would like to have an account bank, considering how many chars i have, shared among 5 realms.
I wonder if Blizzard ever thought about implementing that.

Realm to realm no way. It would destroy server economies severely punishing those only on one realm.

I'm all for making everything that is unrelated to a character's direct power progression be account bound, but I'll maybe draw the line at fucking up the realm to realm economy.

Yes they thought about it and they decided to not doing it, people already mentioned it but it will destroy server economies.

Couldn't you make them all on the same server?,
Didn't they increased the limit you can make on 1 server now? or they were considering it atleast.
