Hey all - got the boss to 6.4% now but we have a borderline special kamikaze ret paladin who comes into the raid and drops heart of frost on us all. We can't drop him though because he's a real nice guy.

Melee don’t get heart of frost tho unless a bunch of ranged are dead. It’s a ranged mechanic

Sounds like a troll post. But with the information you provided, if you want to kill the boss, you need to drop the player who is routinely causing you to fail the fight during kill phase.

Not necessarily, as mentioned a moment ago, could be that the ranged have been cleared out.

I've gotten it on my MW monk too, near-kill wipe :>.

if melee get HoF it seems all ranged are dead and its wipe anyway. If he fails broadside in last phase? once.. its ok. 2nd time. be rude on him. 3rd time.. kick him
