I am going with number 2, because it would be the most interesting survival of the fittest so to speak.
1.Instantly cause 3 F7 (Theoretical) Hurricanes.
2.Instantly release and free EVERY single prisoner from every prison and Jail all over the world.
3.Instantly create 11 Point Earth Quake along Tsunami out of the Pacific Ocean near Hawaii.
4.All the Coffee in the world goes extinct immediately, there is no more coffee anywhere.
5.Release the Kraken, Just to say you did.

I would kill everyone that have killed someone.
