The only thing noteworthy on that list is in my opinion:

Being critically struck while using /sit to sit does not cause abilities like Enrage, Blood Craze, and Reckoning to activate.

Without this, stuff like "2H Fury is the best leveling spec" is kinda dead, isn't it?

I mean some of these make sense to report as bugs. Like the literal "Questgivers with multiple quests inconcsistently are marked with a ! or a dot" bug Blizz refuses to fix for authenticity, despite also caving on inconsistency elsewhere (hellooooo Wrath water).

Any single vanilla players ? That was the main reason why you wouldn't roll a tauren hunter. It increased your deadzone.

I played tauren enhshaman and while I choose the race solely for the look as the casual scrub I was back then, this was a nice little bonus for melee DPS.

You dont need sub for name reservatiom and sub fee is there so filter out inactive accounts. Kinda waste give ivites to dead accs when you have no idea idlf that person even touches blizzard app.

you do have to opt-in for the classic beta so you know if they are active

Umm anyone who played back in 2006 lol? You played tauren because of that hitbox (as well as the 5% hp bump), it just goes to show how few people around here (and on the beta) actually played vanilla. WTB beta invite blizz, i can provide actual feedback lol.

If they were guaranteeing access to the Beta with an active sub then I could maybe see your point but does anyone know someone who is going to resub on the slim chance they get in? I doubt it'll be a noticeable revenue stream for them.

And two weeks of sub to get a chance to reserve a name? It's £5 (or free with a token if you weren't broke when you quit retail).

Read the post you quoted - it is outlined VERY clearly. They want to limit the feedback they receive to ppl who are actually interested in the product. For most games, this is done by having a closed beta, often only accessible to those who have pre purchased the game. As there is no box purchase here, this is the next best option. Many companies use an open beta weekend (clearly just a free demo) as a marketing tool close to launch to build some interest and hype - this really isnt the type of game for that - its a 15yo remake of a game that sits in a niche market to begin with.

Stop being part of outrage culture and slow down and think, just for a moment. You dont "need" to pay for access to the beta - access to the beta is granted to all current subscribers. If you are not a current subscriber, and are interested in the product, pay the sub and get access to all wow up to BfA, and the beta. If you are not interested, then why complain?

For every game you have LITERALLY never paid anything for to play the beta, i can list a dozen you needed to have a pre-purchase to access, so leave the hyperbole for another thread.

The fact people cannot understand that this game has no box price, and therefore no pre-purchases, something used by MOST games to control access to their beta, is completely beyond words.
