Question about the Forum software and the double-post auto-merge

Hi, just a quick question. I'm an admin of another web forum and we've been having a lot of issues with people double-posting. I absolutely love how you currently have double-posts auto-merge. I'm just wondering what the addon for it is called? Would love to see about integrating something like that with what we're running.

It's built into vBulletin 4.2+ I think.
