Im not sure how purging a buff and restoring 2% mana is gonna help with a oneshot Pyroblast ? baring in mind that PoM is Arcane Spec Only.

I'm not sure what you're trying to imply with this part. PoMPyro was a thing in vanilla. You could absolutely nuke someone with no trinket if you sheeped them, popped Arcane Power, cast Pyroblast, PoM, Pyroblast.

Bonus if you're ganking with a destro warlock using soulfire. You could kill someone so quickly their death sound was the sheep sound because of polymorph.

If this topic were about Vanilla, then the blood elf part makes no sense for obvious reasons.
