Are you looking for addons to help track things like cd's or an addon that tells you what to press and when?

The former would be weakauras (i personaly very much enjoy https://wago.io/Sk5C2PRE7 this series of weak auras is a very good Ui replacer, or you can just take the parts you want, like cd tracker, intturupts, resources and utilities and use your own action bars for rotational stuff)

The later isnt going to happen, Dh is already fairly simple to play and there isnt an addon thats going to tell you what to press and when, if you NEED something like that then i dunno man, maybe DH is the way to go

The rotation is fairly fluid with secondary stat changes, frequent meta's and azerite traits adjusting haste values. I'm sure someone could write one but because the rotation is very simplistic compared to other specs.... doubt anyone will.

Download the addon called Hekili. It basically puts a bar on your screen that tells you what to press next. Its amazing

If you are referring to a rotation helper they are not very good and could highly recommend shying away from them. The thing is situations change, you may need to AOE, move out in a few seconds or in etc etc.
