Polymorph Weakaura Help

I have made a Weakaura for the Mage spell Polymorph, after i have cast the spell and go to target another target the weakaura will disappear off my screen and if i re-target the Polymorphed enemy the weakaura will reappear, is there anyway to keep the weak aura on my screen regardless of who i am targeting.
