[Help] Need help getting a WeakAura to work

It's supposed to attach an icon to the unit frame of the mob with its cast number. The problem is that sometimes the WA loads perfectly fine but other times I can't get it to show, even if I delete and re-import the WA. Is there anything that would prevent it from working?
