    Ideas for Disney movies.

What fairy tales/short stories would make for good Disney movies?

I'm surprised Disney hasn't done a movie based on Jack and the Beanstalk, considering it's one of the more well-known fairy tales. I know they were gonna do it with Gigantic, but that got canceled.

Already was done with Puss in Boots, minus the giant.

    More Remakes and Live-action versions...!

Would be nice if they did another Greek / Roman, or even Egyptian themed animation... not another Middle-ages fantasy setting... perhaps Jason and the Argonauts?

    Biancabella and the Snake.

Snake crawls up a lady's hoo-ha, blah blah blah, limbs are lopped off, blah blah blah, some people are burned alive, blah blah blah, The End.

    But with singing!

I'd like them to take on something challenging. A Disney adaptation of Hans My Hedgehog would be something to see.

I'd be interested in Disney's take on The Little Prince.

Hm... perhaps a variation on The Pied Piper. After he takes away the children, the townspeople still have a chance to get them back. He humiliates and humbles the townspeople. Some townsfolk would learn the lesson, and, as changed people, would get their kids back, while the stubborn, obstinate, and spiteful would remain set in their ways and in turn really lose their kids (perhaps the Pied Piper allows the kids to return but the kids of the bad townsfolk choose not to, and leave with the Piper, which would be more poignant.).
