New 8.2 potions random NPC drops it seems?

Guild mate said they looted a new potion recipe from a random world mob. Weird. Is that the only way to get them?

For rank 3 potions yes, I have got rank 3 agi potion and rank 3 steelskin. I got the rank 3 before I even had the rank 2.

And also you can get a daily quest e.g today I got rank 3 new agi flask

my alch has only done 1 lot of dailies, haven't finished the whole zone

is random you get one at day between your main profession and cooking

i haven't seen any, yet people in my guild have all 4 at rank 3

guess they'll be making my flasks

Where do I get the rank 1 8.2 recipes. The vendor Naz'jatar doesn't offer them.

Unbridled Fury (Ranged cleave), Empowered Proximity (Melee cleave) and Focused Resolve (Single target) will be the more powerful potions for DPS classes.
You need rep with the Naz faction and run Operation: Mechagon for rank 3.

I have seven rank 3 alchemy and cooking recipes waiting in my bag from random mob drops. I haven't levelled either profession to the new cap, and haven't purchased the rank 2 recipes yet as I don't have the rep.

I have a skill 175 Alchy, Herbs and Cooking with almost all my Alchy spells and a lot of Cooking recipes rank 3 from doing Naz dailies and even got a rank 3 the new herb as well so I was curios how many have got that done?

You do need to be skill 175 to be able to install the rank 3 recipes tho I found out on some Alchy and Food recipes I had that cold not be learned.
