As usual i come back for the bit at the start of a new expansion and my first games a few days in i can already count the number of different decks i come up against on 1 hand.

Not to mention how powerful a lot of these decks are...

Guys, is the PvE adventure going away this week? If I buy it now, can I still complete it after you can no longer buy it?
I don't enjoy the PvE adventures nowadays, but now I realized that you get card backs for completing it on normal mode and heroic mode.

I'm going to buy it for gold, but I'm not sure I have time to complete it before they remove it so I'd like to know if I'm wasting my gold or not.

They don't remove PvE adventures. You will be able to buy it with gold anytime.
