That marker is the reason ethno nationalism is rising they seek to limit the power of minorities and stem or stop the country from changing. That marker is worthless now politically aside from scary segments on Fox News to push people to the polls to stop the "brown invasion".

So anyway, why does Joe Biden think "white man's culture" needs to change?
And as has been pointed out, the ethno-nationalists in the White House are doing everything in their power to prevent that from happening. Trying to claim they have no power, when they won the fucking White House, is a rather odd stance to take.

And the doctored videos and misinformation has already begun.

    First victim: Joe Biden.

It began months ago... deceptively edited videos have been going around in the rose Twitter world and the far right world about Pete since May. Misinformation about all the candidates has been going around for months.

Months? Years I would say. The last few decades have been full of misinformation and out of context taken quotes of any candidate.

Well yeah... I'm talking about this cycle though.

We've already seen things like #PeteForGovernor and various oppo dumps being boosted by Georgia and other Russian sockpuppets.

I am betting you that most of it comes from nationalist people from the US, who hate Russia as much as they do the "socialist" Democratic Party. It's easy to call everything "Russian sockpuppets", while the political division in the US has never been bigger and is creating a lot of irrational behavior.

Even so if the Russian bots find something useful, they'll damn well spread it no matter what the creator personally believes.

    https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/202...-haul-n1109406

So Bernie had a $34.5 Million quarter 4 with the Dems overall beating Trump roughly $100 Million to 46 Million. Warren still hasn't posted though which probably means she's underperformed...the question is by how much

Biden really has to hope Warren didn't do too badly. He's a clear favorite right now due to where his voters are but if Warren were to drop out, Bernie suddenly is the progressive lane

A lot of stuff is originating here then being boosted by foreign actors that want to US to remain divided.

Warren is going to post ~19-20m. She's done. Q3 is traditionally the lowest fundraising quarter of the presidential cycle. If you go down from Q3->Q4 that means your campaign is in lots of trouble.

If Warren drops out I'm actually expecting her voters to be split pretty evenly between Pete and Sanders. We've already seen this happen when she dropped 10-15% in December.

    Here's some exceptionally good news.

Anticipating Elizabeth Warren showing around $17 million earned, the net Democratic fundraising total will be very competitive with Trump, and that bodes very, very well for fundraising in the summer and fall (most of the fundraising/spending goes on in August/September/October and a little in November.

They need to charge up the money laser gun as big as they can.

Now someone just needs to get the two billionaires out of the race and have them keep spending $30 million a week on anti-Trump adds in Wisconsin whole endorsing ANY Democrat.

Quick update on this since it's been a little bit.

The Democratic fundraising total for 2019 looks to be in excess $480 million between the DNC and the various primary campaigns, outstripping the GOP to the tune of twenty million. WinRed and the Republican fundraising machines continue to be shitshows plagued by infighting in contrast to ActBlue which continues to rake in cash.

Bernie tops the fundraising field for individual candidates in the last quarter with 34.5 million, solely off small donors, followed by Buttigieg with 24.7 million, Biden with 22.7 million, Warren with 21.2 million, and the last major candidate being Yang with 16.5 million. Bernie's is actually particularly notable because an entirely small donor campaign is competing with an incumbent President - Trump's reelection campaign brought in $46 million in the last quarter, and that's running uncontested in the Republican primary.

In campaign news, Castro ended his campaign and officially endorsed Warren's; there's a lot of speculation that he's been promised a VP pick as a result.

I was born in South Dakota; I'm white, and I'd love that ticket, so yeah. Good call, Trump voter, thanks for your somewhat concern.

What's this thing about Biden getting a republican running mate? How likely is it?

Someone asked him during a Townhall if he would consider a Republican running mate. He said sure, he'd consider it.

So, this particular thing started about a week ago when he was asked at a New Hampshire town hall if he thought 'picking a Republican vice president would help unite the country'. His answer, verbatim, was as follows:

"The answer is I would, but I can't think of one now,” he said, which prompted some laughter in the room. "There is some really decent Republicans that are out there still, but here's the problem right now, of the well-known ones, they've got to step up."

Biden's supporters dismissed it as a jibe that there aren't any decent well known Republicans, but it riled up a storm in the news and on social media as Biden gaffes are wont to do.

In terms of likelihood; 'unity' tickets are floated every electoral cycle but they never materialise and one isn't likely to crop up now when things are more polarised than ever.

It was a stupid thing to say on Biden's part, but little else.
