An update, not only is the addon still working even with an update since I last posted (yay!) it also has presets for other annoying things like the yak mount's vendors.

All you have to do is take the Sound folder from any of the shut-up Ban-lu addons and stick it in the _retail_ folder of your WOW Installation. With 8.1 and 8.2 they rearranged the folders so those kind of addons broke. Just move them inside the _retail_ folder. NOT THE ADDONS FOLDER.
