Parts advice and a small issue

Hello everyone!

First of all I'm in need of build advices, as it's driving me quite insane already.
I have three MB+CPU combos and 2 video cards that I need to make 2 PCs from:

a) I3 9100F + MSI B360M PRO-VD
b) Ryzen 3 2200G + GIGABYTE AX370M-DS3H
c) Ryzen 5 1500X + GIGABYTE B450M-DS3H

Video cards are GeForce 1060 3GB dual fan and Radeon RX570 4GB single fan
I got 2 kits of DDR4-3000 for two of these, and a 2666 kit for the third.
From these I have to make:
a) a WoW+somewhat OK gaming machine in an mATX Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L case
b) an office PC that can also run WoW in an ATX tempered glass case
c) with the leftovers a media center (probably the 2200G+AX370M as this MB does tend to act up at startup every now and then)

Which would be better choices for each of the two builds, considering the current state of drivers and game requirements?
I'm not into overclocking at all; cooling is air-based, with after-market air coolers (ID-Cooling and SilentiumPC)

Also, for the second issue: on the nVidia, whenever I alt-tab out then back into WoW, at first all is OK, but after clicking in the game's screen the colours get oversaturated.

You have 2 CPU's and 2 GPU's.
Combine them and then you have a APU which is a CPU+GPU in one.

i.e. you have 3 systems there.
For clarification, the 2200G is the APU.
