BfA was put on the backburner so Shadowlands would be loaded with content just like WoD was.

So many leaks after the Bastion and Kyrian leaks... that don't mention Bastion, the Kyrian, the Bronze Dragonflight, Mueh'zala or Elune. Or even the damn Shadowlands.

Why?

Because only the Kyrian and Bastion were part of the "official" leak. And there is absolutely no context to them beyond Bastion being a place we go to, which could mean anything from full on shadowlands expansion to the Shadowlands being a single zone akin to Suramar.

Yup. That's pretty clear by the lack of a new zone in 8.3 after we got three in Argus.

I don't think we are getting a class.
At this point just Northrend revamped, very few shadowlands zones.
No new races.
Calia undead and whatever alliance race they wanna pair it.

the usual (aka ~7-9 at launch), perhaps even more with lots revamped dungeons.

That sounds like a pretty rough Blizzcon. I'm sure my predictions are a bit too optimistic, but I hope I'm not that far off D:

I remember one leak which predicted 8.3 and then 9.0 but I couldn't find it anymore. It was updated like 2 weeks ago about 9.0 stuff. 8.3 stuff was posted several weeks before 8.3 ptr

If I had to guess order. Hearthstone Expansion > WoW Expansion > Overwatch 2 > Diablo 4.

Starcraft 2 and Heroes of the Storm go in the dumpster.

HS is definitely getting an expansion reveal during the Opening Ceremony, but the Hearthstone and Heroes update panels are both shoved to the Epic Stage, so they're probably both going to receive less attention this year. StarCraft is also completely absent from the schedule outside of the WCS Finals.

We've got four unannounced panels back to back on day one and we can say with almost complete certainty that three of them are WoW: Shadowlands, Overwatch 2, and Diablo IV.

The fourth remains a mystery.

Could be that one of those three titles gets two panels.

Could be another unannounced game (SC? New IP?) that somehow hasn't leaked yet, though this seems unlikely.

Also doesn't seem likely that a Diablo 2 remaster would warrant a full panel, and WC3 Reforged gets its own panel on day two, so I'm not expecting a general Blizzard Classics panel.

I don't expect they'll give much attention to mobile games this year, other than minor blurbs during the opening ceremony. Certainly not as one of the free panels on day one. Based on interviews and leaks this last year it really seems like they're committed to reinforcing their core PC product slate (cancelling multiple mobile games, not mentioning Immortal at all for a whole year, shifting team members to D4 and OW2).

Maybe that fourth panel will be a Diablo franchise panel? There have been hints and rumors about several different Diablo multiple projects being in development, including likely comics, books, and a TV show...

Whatever the case, none of the leaks have clarified what that fourth panel will be.

Honestly my only wish is to reduce system bloat by putting features together.

Warfronts built into zones instead of separate things. Kinda like Ashran was originally supposed to be.
Talents and AP becoming one system.
