They made a special note that they only removed teh achievement because it was unfair to players who were not aware of what happened, and even to other players who might feel compelled to get it since it is a one-and-done quest, and getting teh achievement means potentially going against type if you are into RP. It is still very much something that is in the game though. If you kill all the red dragons you still get teh voiceover of Bolvar commending you for your brutality, and there is a dragon in Drustvar with special voicelines depending on what you did.The world revamp dream will never die!

I'm just tired of people like you have no recollection of why they removed the feat of strength thinking it was cause of a retcon for something that was optional. The removal was because it was easy to skip without knowing.
