I didn't say it affects Light usage. It's the difference between a Lightforged being risen into undeath(which logically should undo the lightforging) and a Forsaken becoming a Paladin(which logically should undo it being undead - i.e. kill it).

I'm surprised there hasn't been anything big leaked today. Seems a little too quite if you ask me. For some reason I expected something huge.

Someone can correct me, but we usually get things like trademarks and such in the 12 or so hours before reveal. We'll get some confirmation of the title at least before the reveal, I'm sure.

A leak or two is possible when/if they do a run through of the presentation in a few hours time.

I really hope they retcon lightforged death knights. It’s literally the worst race and class combo you could think of next to Forsaken Paldin

Given that so far they haven't actually introduced them, retconning isn't really the right word.

Bolvar saying the balance between life and death must be preserved and all awaits Sylvanas is damnation. Sylvanas goes up Icecrown spire and relives her memories before fighting Bolvar and Northrend is melting

But we know that undeath doesn't undo strong affinity for the light (see: Zeliek), and that using the light doesn't kill or even cause actual harm to undead, just pain. So why would being raised undo lightforging, or wielding the light kill undead?

We also know that Zeliek is explicitly an exception, not the norm. Not to mention he's one of the original 4 riders, so even among Death Knights he's special.
