It was probably asked, but the questions were screened. The devs answered softball questions of their choice.

I agree. The people waiting in line know they're not all going to actually ask their questions live and as far as I remember those questions are being answered by the devs later on still, just not live on 'TV'.

yo, all in all i have to agree, this was maybe the worst q&a we ever had. many questions straight up dodged, most questions boring as hell, the two moderators wasting time and putting themselves in the spotlight like anybody was there for them.

I will say they had a steady stream of good questions with concise clear answers in the middle, would definitely have preferred much less of Taliesins shtick, i relly felt for the guy who was next in line right before the end when Taliesin launched immediately into his routine instead of trying to squeeze in a short question at the end.

Yeah, you're definitely right. Asking the crowd if they play with their music on and what faction they're rooting for was definitely all part of the Q&A questions.

Bloody hell. Blizzard had one chance to redeem themselves.

No faction changes, because Ion lacks the ability to think of the situation beyond a complete removal of Horde and Alliance. No room for nuance or small changes at all. On top of that, it looks as if Blood Elves will be getting a bunch of cosmetic changes, but Void Elves won't be getting ANY. So Horde might effectively get High Elves, and the Alliance is robbed of the opportunity yet again.

They specifically said "all original races", which means no Allied Races.

I dont see them giving Allied Races new customization options considering they came out one expansion earlier.

Also, who the fuck cares about goddamn High Elves? Fucking...

So they won't even ask or answer why ranged players have to go 18+ years without anything new, nor if essences will ever be account wide (I guess that's a NO).


At least we know how they choose expansion themes, because they haven't answered that every expansion.
