Hmm, go to Northrend Dalaran... click the crystal so it teleports you to the ground... and then look towards Icecrown. The ground has the same color as the concept art, facing the "Decrepit Flow" might be the dream version "Bastion" of Icecrown Citadel.... and in the top left you have Dalaran spires?

There are also a lot of Night Elf ruins there.... maybe the dream castle looks like Suramar... it's like a dead city, the remnants of that Night Elf civilization.

There is no way that Sylvanas pic is legit - the quality / lightning is very poor compared to The Bolvar.

Mmm I think the city is related to the Kyrian. Hence why they're specified right before the art.
