Customization and cosmetics are huge. Hell, majority of the players that play the shitty f2p/Asian mmos are just playing for the heavy customization.

The more you add customization without it have any actual affect on the world of the game the more fake it feels. Transmog? Okay. Temporary costumes? Fine. Be a dark ranger but its just a cosmetic difference from a hunter? That's too far. At that point it stops feeling like you're playing your character entirely

You can watch all the coming soon panels this year without a ticket. So everything on Mythic stage for Friday

I was just thinking, will the Coming Soon panels on Saturday (and/or the game updates) also be free? The original wording on the Blue Post implied other panels than the four on Friday would, but nothing was specified since.
