Both those features were half-baked abandoned after 8.1

So it means the content we are getting won't.

Covenants give you 4 active abilities, and some passive talents.

And is that going to make your class feel brand new? And what happens after Shadowlands? Lose access to them like we did to a lot of the Legion abilities?

The press release filled some holes in. There's apparently a "New Leveling System" and also "New Customization."
