Seems like quite the boring picture of the final shot of the cinematic. Also, as much as you could argue, i do not think that login screen really qualifies for the usual portal we usually have.
Anywho, maybe it will be. Though i remain skeptical.The world revamp dream will never die!

Blizzard never used a cinematic scene for the login screen.
It was always either animated Art or an in-game shot.
