But something is weird, they changed "Enslave Demon" to "Subjugate Demon". Is this censorship?

Doubt they'd censor the word slave when they have a cinematic in their game where the player character is referred to as a worthless and stupid slave.

I can't imagine any other reason why they'd change this spell after all these years.

True, but they'd have to remove a lot of other stuff if they decide slave needs to be censored. This just seems random and arbitrary, maybe an oversight.

Seems like 2H Frost is getting tuned:

Might of the Frozen Wastes While Dual-wielding your Obliterate and Frost Strike also strike with your off-hand and each weapon can be engraved with a Runeforge enchant.
Frost (Level 24)
Wielding a two-handed weapon increases Obliterate damage by 25%, and increases the chance for your auto attack critical strikes to grant Killing Machine

Could be intentional, not every zone has had landmarks, Highmountain and Azsuna for example.

Tried fiddling with all my settings, can't get RTX to turn on at all lol. It's saying it's unsupported still.
