Thanks for this post and this post is very informative post for me Thanks
Go for gigabyte, MSI has single fan which will cause heat and will effect the performance
MSI Gaming X models are cool and quiet. Also more expensive.
i guess the first 6 words here are kinda key.. yet i would still advise not buying a 2060. the reason is AMDs 5700xt. its anywhere from 15-25% faster depending on what youre doing with it and it only costs 10% more making it better value and not forcing you to pay for something you wont or cant realistically use anyway (raytracing)
Radeon 2070 is the best RTX 2060 so farWhich RTX 2060 should I buy?
Thanks for your information, it's very good for me.
I've got the 2070 super founders edition and I have to say, I'm very impressed by nvidia's design. That said, I don't know if they have a 2060 FE, but if they do I'd go for that.
success comes in the form of technical solutions to problems, not appeals to our emotional side
I'm buying a new computer soon - my current one has a GeForce GTX 650 Ti. I think I am well overdue for an upgrade. thinking the 2060 will suffice for a solid few years. the 2080's are simply too expensive
Dont buy a 2060 unless you specifically need tensor cores for your work. Either buy a 1660 SUPER or go with AMD until you have money for a 2070 SUPER. Yes, AMD might have issues but you dont really have an option considering the performance.

Just a small reminder, the 1660 SUPER (2019) is just between a 980 and 980Ti (2014). If we set the bar that low, you could just get any ~50EUR 980GTX alternative from ebay or just use the onboard GPU till you got the budget for a GPU that is better as the 6 year old generation.

I wouldnt buy a used GTX 980 (Ti). Those have plenty of issues that would make you lose your money within weeks.

It's not really any different now, even if you consider 2060 SUPER. 2060 SUPER is a big step from 2060, but AMD also launched their Navi stuff since then.

If your budget is high enough, any good equipment can be accepted.
The WINDFORCE is the only RTX 2060 SUPER that comes in under $400 at the moment. Our top pick, the Gigabyte RTX 2060 SUPER Gaming OC does offer triple fan cooling (the WINDFORCE only has dual fans) and comes with a much higher clock rate (1830MHz vs 1680Mhz).
