ROSTERS
Hardcore: (Mon/Tues 8:30PM - 11:30PM EST)
A melee heavy, solid roster of extremely experienced and/or talented raiders looking to push for Week 1 MC Clear, along with pushing for server first speed-run times & Day 1 BWL/AQ/Naxx Clears. Must be willing to put in the time and go the extra mile to attend this raid. Players who do not perform at the highest calibre will not be removed from the guild, rather transfered to the Semi-Hardcore roster where they can prove their abilities or fix their mistakes.
Semi-Hardcore: (Mon/Tues 8:30PM - 11:30PM EST)
A roster composed of players of high-caliber that may not have the same amount of free-time or extensive experience the Hardcore roster has to push the bar. This roster will run raids in tandem of the main roster allowing for easier World Buffs / World PvP / Raid Running. As we plan to attempt speed runs 1-2 times a month this will be a good resource for helping gear more players for the main raid as well.

LOOT
We will be running a Loot Council that will be fair for all. We have resources and calculators that will help us determine a completely fair and unbiased Loot Spreadsheet that benefits the GUILD overall above anything else. This ensures everything is as fair as possible, drama free. Everything is considered into the loot spreadsheet. Performance in raid and participation in raids are the big ones, playing at a very high level and coming to every raid is a very big plus.

Everything will be fair, nobody is given unfair advantages and everyone is treated as equal. We also take World Bosses into consideration, if you are online and a world boss is currently up you are expected to show up with consumables and engineering ready to go. We will have summoning alts ready at spawn locations to get everybody there as quickly as possible.

VISION
Looking for a guild who is taking a week off commitments & focusing purely on grinding launch w/ a dedicated core that is planning to attempt MC within a week of launch?
