I enjoyed Lucifer, but it's too "Forensic Files"-ish for me.

    Any recommendations?

I still haven't watched the final season because I heard it's horrendous. Did you like it?

    Stuff I've enjoyed on Netflix:
The Marvel shows (except Iron Fist)
    Person of Interest
    Chuck (oldie but goodie)
I Zombie (though might be too "forensic files")
    Master of None
    The Good Place
    Dark Matter
Don't remember how it ends, I watched it like 5 years ago. I've been thinking about rewatching it. All shows are worse in the final season though.

yes its generic because its that good.
I think it was Family Guy that parodied how every raves about The Wire and Breaking Bad as the best shows ever, but for good reason. They're both solid shows that maintain their quality to the end... whereas most shows take a tragic nosedive in the final season(s).

I'm also a huge fan of 'Rectify' and 'Halt and Catch Fire' for quieter dramas that are hopefully more relatable to people's real lives than The Wire and Breaking Bad.
