[Classic] 25 Agility on 2h?

So according to wowhead and every timbermaw guide, you should be able to buy the recipe for 25 agility on 2h once you reach friendly with Timbermaw hold.

However, I have just reached friendly, and the NPC Meilosh is not selling it.

Do I need a certain enchanting skill or something? (At 271 atm)

According to Wowpedia, the recipe was added in Patch 1.10

The release plan doesn't mention Timbermaw, but other 1.10 content is slated for Phase 5

Seems to be right, but the 1h 15 agi should be in content phase 1, but I couldnt buy it once I reached honored either.

My memory could be bad but I could have sworn that it was revered that was required for those recipes...

Of course I didn't even get that pattern until BC or WotLK...

Not sure whether this is confirmed by Blizz, but a Wowhead article now claims the enchant comes in Phase 5
