Demon Hunter in WarCraft has a very specific meaning to it. They are not just "hunters" that hunt demons. Problably more appropriate to give a caster spec to them if there's gonna be the 3rd spec.

Eh. That could be said by about 50% of the specs already in the game. If you are refering to Warcraft fantasy that is.

There is a dark ranger in warcraft 3 who isnt a fucking hunter, but an actual archer. Game needs an archer.

Actually, 'warglaives' are they own actual weapon type, and only Demon Hunters have 'warglaives' as part of their weapon skills.

The only things they will do for dhs from now on will be:
a) Allow the other two elf races to be dhs.
b) Give us the option to skip the intro quests.
They will start at level 1 like every class and we will be able to make as many of them per server as we like.

I always thought a dot dps spec built around immo abilities and some kind of 'mana burn' mechanic would be cool.

You know since havoc is clearly focused on the 'evasive melee' version of the WCIII DH.
