Post your War Campaign finale predictions here!

I think the outcome will be the same but the way you get there will be different depending on which alignments you picked:

    Sylvanas + N'Zoth's Gift:
Sylvanas gives the player character Xal'atath to crush the Rebel-Alliance coalition but the player character immediately turns on her and stabs her. "At the hour of her third death, she will usher in our coming".

    Sylvanas without N'Zoth's Gift:
Sylvanas gives Nathanos Xal'atath to crush the Rebel-Alliance coalition but Nathanos has a change of heart and stabs her.

    Alliance / Rebels + N'Zoth's Gift:
The player character kills Nathanos and takes Xal'atath from him before confronting Sylvanas and stabbing her with it.

Alliance / Rebels without N'Zoth's Gift:
Same as Sylvanas without N'Zoth's Gift scenario.

Either way Sylvanas will get stabbed (and survive / be forced to retreat) but the act will somehow usher in the return of the Black Empire, bringing the Alliance-Horde war to an end.

As an intro the rebels/Alliance are called by Sadfang and the loyalists by Nathanos to be given the same questline. The questline is a general Battlefield: Barrens riff up until the end portion, with Sadfang spreading the truth about how Sylvanas freed N'zoth and the Alliance are their friends, all to get ready to storm Orgrimmar. If it's timegated you play along for x/x+1 parts then in the final one Sylvanas betrays the PC and the PC is rescued by some combination of the Muh Honor Squad or the Alliance, probably Jaina and finds out the real meaning of friendship.

The last bit is a confrontation with Sylvanas at Orgrimmar where she openly teams up with N'zoth/the Death God/the writing staff and fucks off in some fashion. Sadfang declares that the war is over and shares meaningful sad looks with the other characters, dramatically declaring that "The real battle for Azeroth is coming and we must face it together". The Unifaction gears up to fight N'zoth.

    Bonus:
Tyrande doesn't participate, except possibly a confrontation where she prepares to kill Sadfang but is so moved by his sad face that she can't bring herself to do it and accepts love and peace.
There's a fakeout with Memeboi but he ends up surviving.
No one Alliance side brings up any grievances past Sylvanas that aren't resolved in the span of a quest.
The token night elf declares at the end that this was justice for Teldrassil.
Delaryn switches sides so I don't have to buy an Anduin t-shirt, Sira doesn't and dies.
Calia slides into place as Forsaken leader, with the three minute cinematic being about her.
Only a minority of the Forsaken follow Sylvanas.
    Baine or Thrall becomes Warchief.
    Horde get to keep Ashenvale.

Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.

Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.

Its not going to be a conclusion to the war campaign story or any of the plotlines connected to it.
It's going to open even more barely related plotlines.
It will mostly be about old gods and the horde and alliance working together.
It will all go according to the bad guys (Sylvanas/Azsharas/Nzoth/the new guy) plan, even though it really looks like another power fantasy trip for the good guys.
"And all those exclamation marks, you notice? Five?

Sylvanas is deposed in the datamined Siege of Orgrimmar 2.0. Lor'themar even states after Azshara's defeat that there will never be peace so long as Sylvanas holds Orgrimmar, thus the next logical move is deposing Sylvanas and -liberating- Orgrimmar. Before this happens however, Sylvanas will reveal her true 5000iq 5D endgame that we were too stupid to grasp, and then do some fucked up shit like killing Zekhan and raising him in front of Saurfang or trying to nuke Orgrimmar with the blight in a fit of rage. At the end of the war campaign, we fight her but don't kill her and she just fucks off never to be seen again. Until Blizzcon 2019, of course, where she'll be in the cinematic trailer for the next expansion, because hot chicks in a bikini sell games.

When 8.2.5 is done, Sylvanas is gone and either Baine or Saurfang become Warchief. The factions are at peace so we can go and kill N'Zoth for loot.

    Three months of tedious timegating.
It became clear that it wasn’t realistic to try to get the audience back to being more hardcore, as it had been in the past. -- Tom Chilton

I think the revolution will be time gated (around 4 weeks) towards Blizzcon date and end with a sort of cliffhanger in an attempt to create at least some hype.

    Sylvanas does more evil shit.
    Jaina flip flops again.

    Baine is furry Anduin.
    Lor'themar exists.
Genn is a bitey puppy before getting collared by Anduin again.
    Saurfang is new warchief.
No non-human members of the Alliance get a say in anything and Horde is allowed to go free again because reasons.

Sylvanas betrays her loyalists for no reason. Loyalists are forced onto the rebel side, rebels still don’t realise that you were on her side despite zappyboi being amongst them. Y’know, the one rebel you flat out stated your allegiance to.

Now everyone does the cross faction Durotar warfront, killing your way into the bowels of Orgrimmar to confront Sylvanas. She and the spirit of Lol’jin duel, she wins and beats him back before fighting the players in a four phase encounter.

Phase 1: Just Sylvanas and some deadbois.
Phase 2: She draws upon the power of Xal’atath, screams something about her world and we fight her again.
Phase 3: She drains Xal’atath flat and keeps goIng.
Phase 4: We’re sucked into an old god vision of Stormwind with all the Horde and Alliance leaders being impaled on spikes. The best timeline that we’ll never see.

In the end she dies, is resurrected by her last Val’kyr and is captured. Genn and Lol’jin’s spirit get into an argument about the killing blow before Tryrande appears, proclaims her people have suffered more than any other, pushes Genn aside and states that Sylvanas will stand trial in Hyjal, to be judged by the Ancients.

Baine is elected Warchief. Anduin hugs him and notices his UwU. They get married, the faction war ends. The ancients decide not to kill Sylvanas but whatever, she escapes to an alternate reality where she’s the one who kills Arthas and takes up frostmourne, which is now a bow for some reason, becoming the Lich Queen and amassing an army to invade the Azeroth that defeated her.

    The end.

Which would be extremely biased since loyalist route is hidden, there are no toy rewards for it and you are given chance multiple times during the campaign to walk off to the "proper" path.

As much as I'd like to see that, it probably won't happen. I am curious if they will reveal at BlizzCon how many players stayed loyal to Sylvanas, though (like they did with Kayn or Altruis for demon hunters).

Sylvanas and Tyrande standing a top of Mount Hyjal, with Horde and Alliance gathering. Sylvanas rising the Xal'athat and screaming - "Azeroth is freee!!!".

Most probably, to ram the point home about how beloved the unifaction is. Given apathy in the story and the stuff @Verdugo mentioned it'll be non-representative.

I've always had a feeling that Sylvanas (and probably Nathanos too) will peace out by the time the rebellion knocks on the gates of Orgrimmar, then she's just gone for the remainder of the expansion. Then we just focus on getting rid of N'Zoth.

Whatever the case, the best part is that this story will be over soon.

We take a portal that lead us to Classic in a South shore // Tarren Mills epic fight ( we scake to lvl 60) and this until the next expansion.

Because they ran out of idea since a long time and decide that Classic will be the cash cow for the next decade

That would fall rather short if it turns out Sylvanas support wins by a landslide. What a shame that would be. /s

Even if loyalist choice won despite their best efforts to hide it, what makes you think they will reveal real results if they dont fit their narative.
