    Can you buy Gold?

[MOD SNIP] website sells gold for Classic WoW, is it legal?? .

I don't think blizzard can ban you. When you buy it online, the guy comes up to you with the gold, you give him a grey item and he trades you 50 gold.

You can be banned for it. Just the same old gold sellers, careful with those could just rip you off too.

is it legal? No. Not according to the TOS. Will they ban you? yes, if they catch you. Should you do it? No, but make your own decision.

But most of them have great ratings and feedback. All they do is log their main and they trade you gold.

    It's simple transaction.

But how can blizzard find out??. The person might value that item for e.g. 100 gold.

No, you're advertising a gold selling company. You know it's not legal and you know you'll get banned doing it.

    You're a shill, nothing more.

They have logs and such to track gold movement etc.
While you being banned over 100g probably won't happen, It's still against TOS and if they do catch you you get the hammer.
Don't do it, just grind it out.

Stop with your conspiracy theories. Im asking how can they find out if im interested in buying gold.

The person who trades me the gold can value that item for e.g. 100 gold. How can blizzard find out.

Ok, so here's a couple of scenarios:

    1. Either you're stupid, and have no clues about the rules Blizzard made.

    2. You're trolling, and suck at it.

    3. Doing some wierd ass advertising for a 3rd party gold (and more) selling website.

By all means, sell and buy gold if you want. Don't be too surprised when you get a long vacation from WoW though.

All you do is talk shit.

Yes they absolutely can ban you. Gold seller accounts get discovered by Blizzard all the time. When they are discovered Blizzard can go back through a log of every transaction that account made with other players. They know everyone that gold sellers character made a trade with. They can find you.

It is pretty easy to find out that buying and selling gold is against the ToS and has been since 2004 unless you lived under a rock. All this stuff about "How can they find out" and "maybe that guy valued this grey item so highly" is just bs
Yet again you didn't say how they can find out. You people are dumb as fuck.

    Waste of time.

Shills don't deserve a good answer.

If Blizz notices (or more likely, one of their systems flags) that an account is routinely trading for items and massively inflating their value to mask gold-selling they'll pay attention and quite possibly ban all accounts that bought gold. Gold-selling was rampant in Vanilla but I suspect they'll have better ways of tracking it now.
