<Convergence> NA-PVP | Alliance | [Kirtonos] Semi-hardcore PVE / (Tues/Thurs 8:30pm-12am EST)

About Convergence:
<Convergence> consists of ex-Vanilla players that were looking for a semi-hardcore guild to raid 2-3 nights a week. Primarily a PvE guild, Convergence will strive to be as efficient as possible during raids, and very relaxed and casual outside PvE content. World buffs are encouraged, but not mandatory. Focus during boss fights is essential.

We are currently 12/15 Naxx.

Leadership:
Our leadership team's main focus is downing bosses, and doing so with as little drama as possible. A 7 Person leadership team meets once per week to tackle any in-game (or social) issue within the guild. No one person has supreme control.

Schedule:
We raid Tues /Thurs 8pm invites, 8:30pm start. We always aim to finish before midnight EST.

Loot:
(EPGP, with a minimum EP for loot and a 20% decay)

Openings:
We are accepting any exceptional applicant, especially healers! These are for CORE raid spots.
